Project 22

Dana Gaynor wears a lot of hats. She currently works as a touring and studio musician, solo artist/band leader, engineer, producer and member of Project 22. During a career spanning decades she has worked with and supported a variety of legendary musicians including Dan Hicks, Vassar Clements, John Cipollina, Keith and Donna Godchaux, Buddy Cage, Buddy Miles, Stephan Love, Tommy Castro and many others.

Grew up listening to a variety of music including Sing Along With Mitch Albums, lots of show tunes, and the great AM and FM broadcasts of the 60’s and 70’s . Saved money and bought a $35.00 guitar at 12 years old and that started the journey. Glenn played in a surf music band in Junior High, and has since played in numerous bands throughout the Southeastern, Pa area. He has played in Black and Blue, The Knockouts, and Johnny T’s Roughmix to name a few. Known for his silky smooth voice and stellar guitar work, Glenn is a welcome addition to Project 22.

Dennis played his first "gig" in 6th grade for the student talent show, playing the theme for Hawaii 5-0 with a trumpet/drum duo and realized he could get out of a lot of classes because "we had to practice". He has been playing ever since .  Dennis has played in numerous bands, including BC Combo, The Kim Brewer Band, Charlie Brown and Notorious Groove, and The Don Hoffman Band to name a few. 

He is the owner operator of Organ Den Studio having recorded 15 cd's, as well as, sharing files all over the world on other people's cd's since the inception of file sharing.

Karl is a Musician's Musician... Karl has been a member in a number of notable bands over the years... He is a highly sought after Session Musician and Studio Musician, whether it be on Hammond B3/Keyboards or on Bass... He is "Top Shelf" when it comes to his musical prowess.  Karl also is a master studio engineer and runs his own recording studio, "Lakestone Studios" and label "Bartone Records"... 

Karl's Notable Bands: The Mighty Manatees, Mike Guldin's Rollin' & Tumblin', and Friar's Point Band to name a few.

Doug is the "Baby of The Band" being the youngest member of Project 22, however, one of the most sought after bassists in Eastern PA.  Starting out as a Metal & Grunge bassist, he refined his talents under his friend and mentor Chuck Hearne (world renowned bassist) and has become one of the finest multi-genre bass players in Eastern PA.  Doug has played with Flammin' Harry, Todd Wolfe, Mississippi Pig Farmers and did two very long runs with Little Buddy Blues Band and Friar's Point Band. Doug is ALWAYS working... You never know where he's going to show up... We are pleased to have Doug on board with Project 22 as he brings a lot to our trademark sound.

Brian started in the Philly/South Jersey Music Scene at the Ripe Old Age of 15.  Since the 70's he has played with bands throughout the Philadelphia Area, been a Studio Musician and done a multitude of Session Work throughout the Region. He has been the drummer for several notable Regional Bands since the 70's including The Hooligans, The Jason Allard Band, Road Trip, The Little Buddy Blues Band and Friar's Point Band... Brian is an award-winning drummer from the Lehigh Valley PA and was the past President of The Second Story Blues Alliance of Eastern PA, as well as the Artist Liasian for the Lehigh Valley Music Awards.
